Stress-awareness with a twist:
An interactive, fun workshop where you’ll learn how stress impacts your nervous system and, more importantly, how to break the stress cycle. I’ll guide you through micro-practices – simple 1- minute techniques designed to act as ‘circuit breakers’ to help you get back on track. The afternoon is a deeply relaxing, guided re-wilding session that uses mindfulness and forest bathing to relax and help you discover a new level of calm and self awareness

An uplifting retreat explores how connecting with nature can boost our health, mood and overall well-being. We’ll unpack the science behind resilience and forest bathing and have some fun with my Nature Bingo game! You’ll learn simple exercises designed to help you tap into your inner resilience and discover practical ways to use nature to build that strength. Resilience and Nature retreat
I really enjoyed the Nature and Resilience workshop and learnt so much. I think we can never stop honing our resilience and what I really appreciated was how practical and accessible the concepts were, as well as the excellent research behind them. I really appreciated the focus on self-compassion and just making those small ‘tweaks’ in life, as often limited energies and time allow(!), to start making real and positive change. Nature is there and available to us all; no need for special equipment, logistics, funds or transport – we can just immerse. It sounds so easy to say but this workshop brought it very much alive for me and gave me the tools to go solo. Thank you!

Resilience and Retreat
The programme has been enlightening in every way. I have a sudden zest for being in nature, noticing the colours, sounds and the vastness of trees. I went for a walk in Wales at a National Park and found I was engulfed in the colours, sounds and smells of where I was walking, which gave me so much energy. I have also felt the ability to totally relaxed and feel as if I have a rested mind. I have found this such a positive experience with this training and feel this should be rolled out to all those in stressful situations.
