Small, effective shifts for lasting resilience that is more than a ‘tick-box’ exercise. No radical changes – just simple tools to boost morale, confidence, and overall wellness by harnessing nature on your doorstep.
Learn about stress awareness to better understand your state of mind. Learn a range of science-informed, practical mind-body management tools (‘micro-practices’) that take one to three minutes and can be done anywhere.
Learn to identify and build resilience while exploring the well-being benefits of nature connection. Discover practical ways to integrate it into daily life to relax, boost immunity and improve overall well-being.
An outdoor practical session to experience a guided ‘ParkBathe’ (urban forest bathing) run in a local green space. Forest bathing, a Japanese practice, involves a slow, sensory stroll in nature.
Well-being workshop pricing
The programme is for up to 15 people, but larger groups can be accommodated. Workshops can be run as ‘lunchtime learning sessions’ or at any time of the day. It is possible to deliver the sessions as standalone workshops, but the most impact comes from booking them as a series of three as each session builds on the previous one.

Location: Outdoors in nearby park

Cost includes learning materials, online resources, guided micro-practices, an audio forest bathing guide, and nature connection cards. The programme is most effective when colleagues attend all three workshops, but they can be booked individually, or for well-being days and events.
ParkBathe walk-leader training
Train team members to lead well-being ParkBathe walks for colleagues:
- Train up to ten team members to become walk leaders
- Guide sensory, mindful, forest bathing walks for peers
- Build confidence while creating a sustainable, accessible well-being resource
Empower your team with simple skills that improve connection, reduce stress, and support long-term well-being. No expertise is needed—any team member can train up. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of slow walking in nature, shown to improve health and well-being.

Two x two hour online workshops

THE WHAT: A step-by-step guide to leading mindful ParkBathe walks, covering all practical aspects.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
- Two full days of practical training held in a green space of your choice.
- One x two-hour assessment on a separate day to award certificates to trainees.
Training can be split into half days if needed. After training, walk leaders can guide short ParkBathe sessions in local green spaces for peers.

Training provides colleagues the skills to lead ParkBathe walks for peers and the wider community. Training is simple and accessible for anyone to learn but does not provide a professional qualification.
